Richard M. Behr was born and raised in Waukegan, Illinois. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in History from Western Illinois University and his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Chicago. After Law School, Mr. Behr managed the Law Firm of Behr and Behr, P.C. in Waukegan for eight years before moving to Florida. Mr. Behr is still a member in good standing in the Illinois State Bar, having practiced in both the State Courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is currently admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Behr has extensive experience in Consumer Bankruptcy Law in the United States Bankruptcy Court both in Illinois and Florida.
